Venue Registration
The conference Venue TRYP Lisboa Caparica Mar Hotel is located in a little village near Lisbon (10 min by car), close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. To have access to our conference, booking in this venue is compulsory. The hotel is situated at the beach front line.
The organizing committee advises all participants to book a room in the conference venue as soon as possible as the venue is highly appreciated by visitors who come to the village of Caparica and the hotel has limited rooms available.

Booking
Booking arrangements for the venue will be provided exclusively after completing the conference registration process. To receive comprehensive details on venue registration, please proceed with your conference registration via the conference registration section.

We kindly request all participants to refrain from making hotel bookings through the Internet or travel agencies.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request your attention to our cancellation policy for the conference venue. Please find the details below:
- Cancellation 1 month before the arrival date: The Hotel does not impose any cancellation penalties during this period.
- Cancellation within 7 days before the arrival date: Should you need to make changes or cancel your reservation within 7 days of your scheduled arrival, please note that the first night of your reservation will be charged.
- Cancellation on the day of arrival: If a cancellation is received on your scheduled arrival, the Hotel will charge your credit card for the entire length of your intended stay.
- 7 days before the arrival date: To secure your reservation, a cancellation fee will be temporarily blocked on the credit card provided as a guarantee. This fee will be released upon successful cancellation.
- “No Shows” or Early Departures: In the unfortunate event of a no-show or early departure, the Hotel will apply a charge for the full amount of your reservation.
Please kindly note that the Hotel requires all cancellation requests to be submitted in written form.
Additionally, we would like to remind participants that booking within the conference venue using our package is mandatory. Choosing to book at an alternative hotel will result in an increased conference fee. Furthermore, meals cannot be included in the package for participants who opt for an alternative booking.
